A number of excellent opportunities have arisen for experienced Customer Service Advisors at our large leading retail client based in Nottingham.

Working in a professional call centre environment the role involves taking a high volume of inbound calls, dealing with a wide variety of customer enquiries, product queries and complaints.

The role focus is to resolve customer issues with a first contact resolution approach, offering the best solution that negates a further contact whilst delivering truly exceptional customer care.

Key responsibilities include:

- Resolving customer issues first time with accurate information

- Demonstrates genuine care for customers and team members

- Operate in a customer friendly way that ensures promises are kept

- Keeping up to date with relevant promotions and offers and ensuring each customer gets the best deal

- Resolving issues in a cost effective way, that still retains customers but supports profit

- Highlight insights that improve the customer experience

- Showing care for colleagues and be willing to be a part of creating a Great Place to Work

- Maintaining good control of personal workload, prioritising customers and exceeding expectations

- Accurately recording all customer conversations on bespoke software packages as well as various MS Office packages

The successful candidate will be positive, conscientious and have the ability to confident make personal decisions. Excellent customer service skills are essential.

Working hours are on a fully-flexible Monday - Sunday Rota basis and hours will be between:

Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 19:00pm

Saturday - Sunday: 8:45am - 17:00pm
