The Manager of Enterprise Risk Resilience’s primary role will be to manage all Enterprise Risk strategy and operational functions for Enterprise Risk throughout the organization. The Manager will assist in building, maintaining, and optimizing a best-in-class Enterprise Risk Management program. The Manager will have primary responsibility for managing day-to-day activities with the aim of identifying risks, creating, and managing policies, programs, and procedures, and continuously improving the company’s Enterprise Risk Management program. This position will be based at Sherwin-Williams’ Cleveland, Ohio headquarters. This role will report to the Director of Enterprise Risk and Resilience.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

·Manages enterprise risk management framework, infrastructure, and processes.

·Coordinates the periodic receipt of relevant and timely risk information from functional and business areas, including existing internal committees.

·Reviews and analyzes risk information to identify emerging risks, update risk inventory, facilitate management’s risk assessments, and assist in development of mitigation strategies.

·Supports the design and implementation of risk taxonomy and reporting to satisfy risk framework elements and provide consistent, meaningful information for risk owner action.

·Prepares and delivers enterprise risk reporting for updates and analysis.

·Engages appropriate stakeholders to develop and implement enhanced processes and controls for identified control gaps.

·Recommends data requests and reports to improve risk monitoring within existing business.

·Owns and maintains the risk database and master risk register.Prepares needed reports / slides to communicate the identified risks and support mitigation efforts.

·Researches and reports on key information associated with job responsibilities to be used for audit committee materials preparation and internal business use.

·Leads the strategic risk committee meetings including the development of the agenda and facilitation of the meetings.

·Assists with departmental ERM training initiatives and facilitates ERM training to various levels of management.

·Leads the maintenance and development of the risk management strategy across the global organization.

·Manages enterprise risk management team of analysts, providing coaching and feedback on a continuous basis, setting goals and objectives, monitoring progress towards goals and objectives, and performing, documenting, and communicating annual reviews.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

FORMAL EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s Degree in related field.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

Required:

·Minimum five years’ experience managing or directing an enterprise risk management program and related initiatives across multiple business process areas (eg: finance, operations, corporate services), divisions, and locations

Preferred:

·Enterprise Risk Management managerial experience in the manufacturing or retail industries

·CRISC certification

·Experience with Riskonnect software

·Enterprise Risk Management managerial experience with a multi-national organization

·Supervisory experience

TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Required:

·PC (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)

·Prior knowledge of risk modeling and data analyzation

·Exception based reporting experience.
