Job Overview - Bilingual Customer Service Representative - 32864
Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist company associates in the administration of their Short Term Disability (STD), Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA), Family Medical Leave (FMLA), and American Disability Act (ADA).
Requirements
* Manage calls and cases regarding leave of absence in a timely manner.
* Research and resolve discrepancies between associates, managers and leave request.
* Maintain leave of absence documentation, files and data.
* Manage and respond to incoming calls from Internal associates and managers with responsibility for advising and answering questions related to LOA, FMLA, ADA, state mandated programs, and short/long term disability.
* Educate customer on various leave types, length of leaves, paperwork process, and returning to work after a leave of absence. Effective at balancing multiple leave cases daily, ensuring compliance with federal and state turnaround timing of documentation.

* Must be a full-time employee (30 weekly hours/ 130 hours per month) to be eligible
