Sherpa | Recruiting, Staffing & Consulting is Hiring an Investment Analyst Near Charlotte, NC
Key Responsibilities:
- Investment Support: Capture, analyze, and report multi-platform financial data to support the organization’s investment functions.
- Daily Portfolio Management: Assist with the daily management needs of the portfolio.
- Capital Call Review: Evaluate capital call requests and respond to investor queries related to fundraising, distributions, and other activities.
- Opportunity Filtering: Schedule informational meetings with private market firms and help filter potential investment opportunities.
- Document Preparation: Prepare initial draft documents for public and private investment commitments.
- Strategic Implementation: Work with the Portfolio Associate and Director of Investments to execute strategic initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: 0-2 years in financial services.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with strong self-motivation to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
- Integrity and Excellence: A strong commitment to excellence and high ethical standards.
