Litigation Associate
Sherman & Howard is seeking a litigation associate with 2-5 years of experience to join our Denver office.
Summary:
Sherman & Howard’s Litigation, Trial & Appeals team is results-driven and client-focused. We have extensive experience achieving game-changing victories and favorable resolutions for clients in high-stakes disputes of many types.
Our trial attorneys represent a wide range of local and national clients in complex commercial litigation, including corporate, limited liability company, partnership disputes, securities fraud, fiduciary duty, business torts, class actions, contract, insurance recovery, intellectual property, unfair competition, construction, antitrust, oil and gas, mining, telecommunications, healthcare and real estate matters. Our trial team regularly represents clients in local, state, and federal courts, at both the trial and appellate levels.

Sherman & Howard offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefit package, including medical, dental, vision, life, long term disability, flexible spending, 401K, Paid Time Off, paid holidays, bonus and more. The salary range for this position is $180,000 - $205,000/year. Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted information based on work experience, education, and/or skill level.
