Sheridan Health and Rehabilitation Center is Hiring a RN Unit Manager Near Kenosha, WI

Sheridan Health and Rehab has an exciting opportunity for a driven leader to join our growing team as a Unit Manager RN in Kenosha, WI. This position will work alongside a phenomenal Director of Nursing (DON) in leading the clinical team to success and providing outstanding care to our residents.

As the Unit Manager RN you have the ability to positively impact the lives and overall health of the residents by overseeing the day to day patient care, supervising, directing and developing the nursing staff and working with the Director of Nursing to ensure quality patient care within the facility.

This position is Full-Time with rotating weekends.

Requirements

  • WI Licensed Registered Nurse
  • 3 Years of nursing experience in a long term care facility
  • Previous nurse supervisor or management experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to lead a growing team
