Waters Edge Health and Rehab has an exciting opportunity for a driven leader to join our growing team as a Unit Manager RN in Kenosha, WI. This position will work alongside a phenomenal Director of Nursing (DON) in leading the clinical team to success and providing outstanding care to our residents.
As the Unit Manager RN you have the ability to positively impact the lives and overall health of the residents by overseeing the day to day patient care, supervising, directing and developing the nursing staff and working with the Director of Nursing to ensure quality patient care within the facility. Plus, we're offering a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus.
This position is Full-Time with on-call/weekend rotation
