Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and possess excellent communication and leadership skills. As a Hotel Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction, managing revenue, and maintaining a positive work environment for our team. This is a hands on position consisting of checking guests in at the front desk on some days, walking the property to ensure cleanliness, talking with guests, and checking guest rooms for cleanliness.

Duties:
- Assist in all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage departments
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to any concerns or complaints in a timely manner
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure exceptional customer service
- Manage budgets and financial plans to achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote the hotel and attract new guests
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and maintenance throughout the hotel
- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies and procedures
- Handle any emergencies or security issues that may arise

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage departments
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Proficient in revenue management techniques to maximize profitability
- Budgeting and financial management experience
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of phone systems and proper phone etiquette
- Proficiency in hospitality management software systems
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus
