We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, checking them in and out, answering phone calls, taking reservations, and providing general information about the hotel. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Manage reservations and bookings.
• Provide information about the hotel services, facilities, and amenities.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions.
• Handle guest complaints in a professional manner.
• Marriott and Lightspeed experience needed
