Sheraton BWI, one of Vista Property Management’s portfolio of hotels, is looking for local candidates with prior Hotel Director of Housekeeping experience to perform duties in the Housekeeping Department and support the operations of the hotel.
Director of Housekeeping candidates are required to possess exemplary hotel knowledge, interpersonal skills, and discipline-specific technical expertise. Those with determination and a desire to face unique and challenging projects will flourish in this role.
A Director of Housekeeping is expected to lead, supervise, and direct the housekeeping operations of the hotel. They are responsible for promoting, strengthening and reinforcing the respective company culture through all employee and customer interactions.
At all times, the Director of Housekeeping is expected to ensure a safe, secure, and comfortable environment is provided for all guests, visitors, and employees. All efforts should be geared to increase profitability and asset value, while improving the customer experience and increasing employee engagement.
