General Summary:
Under general direction, manages and directs the day-to-day administration and scheduling for vehicle maintenance requests.. Administers and coordinates the bi-annual inspection of all ADA equipment and annual COMAR inspections for MDOT/DOT compliance. Maintains files/reports for preventative maintenance and inspection of fleet vehicles, including management of MVA records and documentation. Manages and maintains department financial bookkeeping, including processing purchase orders, project quotes, service agreements, contracts, and invoices for all Sheppard Pratt Fleet.
