Glo Fiber is seeking candidates for a Retail Customer Service Representative (RCSR) in our Frederick Glo Fiber Store. We are looking for a sales-oriented customer service professional to sell Glo Fiber through face-to-face and over the phone interactions.
You will play a pivotal role in the continued growth of Glo Fiber, while supporting our local communities.
We offer a great work environment and competitive total compensation package that includes :

- Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance with company subsidies
- 3 weeks of PTO and up to 9 paid holidays
- Work schedule : M-F, 9a 6p with occasional overtime and rotating Saturdays
