As the first point of contact, you'll be the sunshine that greets our guests, the problem-solving wizard, and the smooth operator behind the front desk.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and reservations
- Handle cash and credit card transactions following established procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Resolve guest issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in operating computer systems and knowledge of hotel management software
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
