Pediatric Certified Speech Language Pathology Assistant (C-SLPA)

Our team houses pediatric speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and occupational therapy assistants.
Purpose-driven, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable pediatric speech-language pathologists are invited to apply to join our team! Our family-based therapy style is extremely unique in that we include parents in all of our sessions! Work with us in encouraging, partnering, and teaching caregivers how to carry-over activities into the home environment!

Pediatric experience is preferred. We are located in Winchester, VA
HOURS NEEDED: We are open Monday through Thursday 8-7 and Fridays 8-5 We prefer someone who can work until 7 PM at least a few days weekly, but are flexible with hours.
Responsibilities:
Serving a caseload of children and their families with a wide range of disabilities and disorders
Attend meetings with supervisor, team meetings, and department meetings.
Requirements:
Completion of an SLPA program degree (2-year minimum) from a regionally or nationally accredited institution OR Receipt of a bachelor’s degree in communication sciences and disorders from a regionally or nationally accredited institution
VA and WV state license for Certified Speech Language Pathology Assistant
**The applicant must pass the national examination created by ASHA and approved by the CFCC.

Complete necessary documentation in a timely fashion
