Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will be responsible for managing schedules, handling administrative tasks, and providing support to various departments within the organization.

Duties:
- Manage and maintain schedules
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Organize and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate office maintenance and repairs
- Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and provide general information to callers
- Greet visitors and ensure a positive front desk experience
