Summary:

This position is primarily responsible for completing Maintenance work for the residential properties that Shelter operates in Minnesota. The Regional Maintenance Technician will be assigned to work orders based on their current skill set with opportunities to gain training and certification in skills they do not currently possess.

Qualifications for Regional Maintenance Technician at Shelter Corporation:

• High school Diploma, equivalent degree, or relevant experience required
• Some related technical or vocational training and certification is desired
• At least one year of experience in Property Maintenance, or equivalent experience required
• Exemplary time management skills, the ability to self-direct, and the willingness to learn and assist above and beyond as part of "the team"
• Maintain licensing for particular tasks (e.g. CPO, pest control applicator, etc.) as needed
