We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity. This is a key role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in calendar management software and other office productivity tools
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and financial management
- Experience in training development is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with front desk operations is preferred
