ERA Wilder Realty is Hiring an Office Manager/Social Media Lead Near Columbia, SC

Overview:
ERA Wilder Realty is currently seeking a Real Estate Office Manager/Social Media Lead for our Midtown office. This important position is the source of first impression to all guests and clients of the company. In addition, the position provides general office support to the Broker In Charge, Real Estate Sales Executives and other company employees in order to enable a productive and efficient office environment. Another component of the position includes online brand management.

Responsibilities

· Greet and serve all clients, prospects and guests and provide a positive first impression for the agents and company.

· Manage and order all office supplies while staying aware of budgetary constraints.

· Use multi-line phone to answer and transfer calls

· Assist BIC by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.

· Prepares and gathers all required documents from Agents during In Processing/Out Processing.

· Maintains BIC's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.

· Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.

· Assist BIC and Marketing in various tasks and projects around the office.

  • Assist company and agents with online reputation management
  • Light marketing projects using Canva
  • Some light social media management

Requirements:

Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent and some college preferred, or experience in lieu of higher education.

Experience: 2-3 years office administration experience required, preferably with a Real Estate company

Skills: Good communication skills, ability to multi-task and work with others required. Must be willing to be part of a team.

Proven skills in social media platforms

Have an eye for design, have creative ideas

Qualified candidates will be consistent, reliable, and team oriented. As this is a support role, candidate should not be interested in going into sales in the foreseeable future.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Experienced in the following tools and software:

Multi-line phone

MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

Google Account

Social media platforms and their brand management, calendars, and navigation

Canva

Ability to learn various real estate related software platforms

Experience or willingness to learn AI platforms, i.e. ChatGPT, Gemini, CoPilot
