Overview:
Sheldon School Pictures serves schools around the state of Indiana providing same day school pictures. We are looking for a detail oriented, friendly operations representative working with retail customers on the phone and schools.
Responsibilities:
* Working with retail customers by email and on the phone to answer their questions and resolve order issues.
* Helping schools set up picture days.
* Help schools with yearbook questions.
* Design yearbooks for schools.
* Use proprietary software to provide schools with various products.
* Provide retail customers and schools with a positive experience.
* Attend school picture days and organize the picture day process.
* Document the operations process.
Requirements:
* Education - High school diploma
* Pleasant phone manner and email etiquette with excellent communications skills.
* Attention to detail.
* Ability to learn proprietary software.
* Able to use Excel and Word proficiently.
* Stable employment record.
* Must pass a background and drug test.
* Reliable transportation.
* Computer and basic technical skills.
* Ability to multi task.
* Professional business writing ability.
* Early hours on school picture days. Sometimes we arrive at schools at 6 AM. to set up.
We offer $19 to $22 per hour for approximately 20 hours a week. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for the position of Operations Representative.
