Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales activities to generate leads and close sales
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Strong basic math skills for pricing and calculations
- Proficient in layout design and CAD software for creating visual representations of remodeling projects
- Knowledge of remodeling and renovation processes
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously
- Previous experience in outside sales is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive experience for clients
