Shear Excellence is hiring for a salon coordinator!
Job Duties would include:
-Warmly greet clients and ensure exceptional client experience. You are the first impression of our salon! People skills is a MUST.
– Coordinate guest appointments with precision both in person and by phone. (You must “smile through the phone”)
-Process payment transactions
– Support team members with overall flow of the salon from the entryway to the back of house
– Problem solve with a smile, excellent customer service is KEY
– Organize and prepare the salon to uphold salon standards
– Proactively assist and transition between all aspects of the day to day operations.

Qualifications:
– Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment
– Superior customer service and problem solving skills
– Organized, self- motivated, positive and PUNCTUAL
– Extraordinary communication skills, including phone and email etiquette
– Excellent at adapting and connecting with a variety of personalities
– Self-motivated and able to follow direction
– Previous salon/spa experience is a plus
– Must be willing to work Saturdays and evenings (We are closed Sundays)

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
