Our state-of-the-art ambulatory care center offers a wide range of medical services, from primary care and specialized clinics to diagnostics and minor surgical procedures. We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Ambulatory Care Nurse Manager to lead our nursing team and ensure the highest standard of patient care.
Job Overview: As the Ambulatory Care Nurse Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing and enhancing the nursing operations within our ambulatory care center. Your responsibilities will encompass not only clinical leadership but also administrative tasks to maintain efficient and patient-focused care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Leadership:Supervise and lead a team of nurses, medical assistants, and support staff to provide high-quality patient care.
Ensure that all clinical protocols and guidelines are adhered to by nursing staff.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care plans.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, professional development, and quality assurance within the nursing team.
Patient-Centered Care:Maintain a strong commitment to patient safety, satisfaction, and overall well-being.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the patient experience and minimize wait times.
Address patient concerns and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
Administrative Duties:Manage and optimize nursing schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
Monitor and control nursing expenses, staying within the budgetary guidelines.
Oversee inventory management for medical supplies and equipment within the department.
Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and policies.
Implement and evaluate performance metrics to track the department's success.
Education and Training:Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for nursing staff.
Stay current with the latest medical advancements, procedures, and technologies, and facilitate staff training accordingly.
