Become a key member of this vibrant healthcare team as the RN Manager Float Pool who will serve as the lead of care coordination in the assigned unit. In this role you will play a crucial role of ensuring high-quality care is delivered to multiple nursing units, and your leadership skills should empower other staff nurses to excel in various clinical environments. As the Nurse Manager Float Pool you will be responsible for daily assignments of staff, utilizing nursing resources, as well as successfully executing patient plans of care. 

The RN Manager Float Pool will have at least 3 years of experience as a Staff/Charge RN in Surgical Services, Med Surg, OB, Peds, ICU, or ER nursing.
