Patient Care Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival at the office
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed
- Ensure a smooth flow of patients throughout the office
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient concerns
- Educating patients on she·ology offerings
- Keeping office tidy and inviting

Experience:
- 1 years of healthcare front office, intake, or billing experience is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using Google Suites and electronic health records systems
- Familiarity with HIPPA guidelines
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Positive attitude
