Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Planner to join our team. As a Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and organizing production schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources, and meeting production targets. This is a key role in our organization that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer demand and available resources - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for production planning - Monitor inventory levels and ensure availability of materials for production - Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials - Utilize MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems to track and manage inventory - Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste - Collaborate with the Quality Control team to ensure product quality standards are met - Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed - Provide regular updates on production status to management Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred - Proven experience in production planning or related role - Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices - Proficient in using MRP systems for inventory management - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Mechanical knowledge is a plus - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
