Overview:

We are seeking a finance manager who will be responsible for managing the financial health of our organization in order to promote success and growth while maintaining legal financial practices. Their duties will include financial planning to determine how to pay off liabilities and grow the business, reviewing financial documents to ensure tax-compliance and collaboration with other departments to achieve monetary goals while functionally reporting to the HQ (Holding) Finance Department.

Job description

· Manage month-end closing processes on a timely manner

· Ensure all the accounting procedures are in compliance with GAAP

· Run and analyze monthly reports for budget and actual data

· Analyze financial information supplied by various operating departments for accuracy

· Use and improve ERP system for on-time & accurate reporting

· Maintain daily cash operations and provide effective cash management

· Maintain and manage various financial tools

· Maintain effective communication with service providers (CPA, auditors, etc) and relevant government authorities

· Assist in various audits throughout the year

· Interact with and manage external vendors

· Research complex GAAP issues where needed

· Manage and develop staff in the finance and accounting department

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
