Shaw Strength Enterprises, LLC is located in Brighton, CO and oversees the operation of the Shaw Strength Brand, Undefined Nutrition and Evolution Athletics. The company was started by Brian Shaw in 2006 with the mission of creating and selling products he could be proud of. **Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily operations, customer service and administrative functions at our office. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and be willing to be a team player to make everyone around them better.

**Responsibilities:**

-Assist with customer service emails and be able to fix any issues that may come up

-Assist with drop ship order fufillment

-Assist with packing and shipping orders when needed

- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly

- Handle scheduling, event planning, and calendar management for our team

- Assist in training development for new employees

- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as an Office Manager or relevant role

- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures

- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Strong organizational and planning skills

- Proficient in Google Work Space
