Job description:

Job Summary:

The successful candidate for this position will work with the technicians and support the team for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term service and parts sales goals in line with the company vision and values.

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate RV service and repairs between customers and technicians. Ensure the customer has full knowledge of any work performed and is informed of any updates.

Job Duties:

Verify warranty and service contract coverage.
Set realistic expectations for customers and ensure you hold to those expectations
Prepare Repair Orders by describing the complaint, the cause, and the repair.
Utilize all tools available to stay connected with customers through the service experience.
Attend all meetings and training as required
Act as a liaison between customers and the technicians
Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers
Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Have strong motivational skills and the ability to work independently
Must have a professional appearance and demeanor
Provide excellent customer service
Basic computer skills to manage inventory and customer databases
Ability to communicate in a professional and tactful manner
Experience in Service or Parts Management helpful but not mandatory– Team player, attention to detail, strong work ethic
A valid Driver’s License is required

Health benefits are available after 90 days. Earned vacation and sick leave start at the time of hire. 401K benefits available after one year.
