Responsibilities

• Hospital owned medical group. 
• Multi-specialty group 
• Endocrinology 
• Monday-Friday (8am-5pm) 
• No inpatient calls. 
• No weekend coverage. 
• The salary range is $250,000-$260,000 / Year. 
• Base Salary Productivity Bonus 
• Sign on bonus: 15K 
• Relocation allowance: 10K 
• Can take visa candidates (J1, H1B, O1) 
• Opportunity to teach residents. 
• Around 16-20 patients a day. 

Qualifications

Qualifications•Unrestricted CA Medical License•BC/BE in Endocrinology and or Internal Medicine•Internal Medicine/Endocrinology trained from an ACGME accredited program•Current CA DEA certificate required prior to start date Shasta Regional Medical Center- offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $250,000-$260,000 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
