We are honored to announce that Shasta Regional Medical Center has received an “A” grade in the Fall 2021 Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade, a national distinction recognizing our achievements in protecting patients from errors, injuries, accidents and infections.

Shasta Regional Medical Center is the only hospital in redding area to be awarded the Grade ‘A’ of all the hospitals rated in the North State

Responsibilities

• Hospital owned medical group. 
• Multi-specialty group 
• Outpatient Primary Care (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) 
• Usual Office Based Family Practice Procedures. 
• Clinic in campus or satellite clinics 10-15 minutes away from the hospital 
• Academic Opportunity. 
• 4-day work week (10hrs dayshift) 
• No weekends. 
• At least 7 days call schedule per month. 
• The salary range is $220,000-$250,000 / Year. 
• Base Salary Productivity Bonus 
• Sign on bonus: 15K 
• Relocation allowance: 10K 
• Around 20-24 patients a day. 
• Can take visa candidates (J1, H1B, O1)

Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $220,000 to on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure
