FT position. Should have good communication, organization and decision making skills. Must be highly motivated, flexible, enjoy helping people, and be able to work on multiple tasks. Attention to detail and accuracy a must. Should have good 10 key, data entry, word processing, proofreading and basic math skills. Excellent attendance, stable work history and ability to work with confidential information a must. Minimum pay $15.00/hour .

Responsibilities include:

· Maintaining all hourly time & attendance record keeping

· Interviewing for hourly production positions

· Assist employees with HR questions

· Assist HR Director

· Clerical duties
