We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Director of Clinical Operations to join our team. As the Assistant Director of Clinical Operations, you will partner with the Administrator/ Director of Nursing and be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and profitability. This is a leadership role that requires strong strategic planning, ambulatory surgery center operational knowledge and exceptional management skills. You will report directly to the Administrator/ Director of Nursing.

```Duties```

- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve company goals and objectives

- Oversee day-to-day clinical operations, staffing, scheduling, logistics, supply chain management, quality, safety, infection control, and customer service

- Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions

- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and collaboration

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and make data-driven decisions

- Drive business development initiatives to expand market reach and increase revenue

- Collaborate with executive team to develop and execute strategic plans

- Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and other business partners

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies

- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a positive work environment

Pay: $133,173.00 - $154,995.00 per year
