Sharp-Long 72 Degrees Air Conditioning & Heating is a friendly provider of heating & cooling services for homeowners based in Lee's Summit. We've been serving the local community for 50 years!

We are in search of an experienced General Manager to join our expanding team.

Job Functions: To assist the Owner in the implementation and execution of the company's goals. This includes but is not limited to the following areas: supervision of the company's sales, service, installation, and administrative functions.

Pay Range: Top Pay for Top Talent Bonus Opportunity Benefits

Work Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with some weeknights and weekends.

Requirements:

• 5 years of documentable experience at a general manager level or higher
• Prior home services management experience is required
• Excellent talent development and motivational skills
• Ability to inspire and lead a team
• High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
