Position Summary:

This position is responsible for installation of machine tool accessories on manual milling and lathe machines.

Essential Functions:

-Preform QC checks on incoming machines.

-Repair or replace necessary parts to ensure machine function properly.

-Install various accessories on machines.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Ability to perform, but not limited, to the following tasks:
-Mechanically familiar with Mills and Lathes.
-Knowledge of insttalation of machine accessories: DRO's, power feeds, power draw bars, riser block, work lights, etc.

-Ability to use a pick ticket/traveler to follow a machine to completion.

-Some electrical knowledge needed for voltage changes to machines.
-May require some heavy lifting (up to 75lbs.)
-Position requires sitting, standing, walking, lifting, and reaching.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
