Under the direction of the Regional Vice President or Director of Sales, the Territory Business Manager is accountable for territory sales and dealer activities. Responsible for selling Sharp product line through dealers and attaining assigned quota. The TBM will accomplish this by managing dealer visits, sales training, market coverage, product information, communicating with dealer community, monitoring dealer performance, and competitive product information. The TBM will be accountable for quota attainment, revenue growth, increasing the number of dealer sales reps actively selling Sharp products and ensuring quality communications at all levels. The TBM must be able to handle relationship building at multiple levels within the dealership and within Sharp. The TBM must be able to effectively manage their time and travel schedules as well as those of the support team to provide coverage at all required events, training sessions, business reviews, meetings, and demonstrations. The TBM must be able to extend their influence within assigned dealerships to secure recurring business, expand market opportunities, negotiate purchases, and provide competitive analysis.

Compensation for this position
The compensation range for this role is $48,225- $90,000. The listed salary range or contractual rate excludes bonuses, incentives, differential pay, and any other forms of compensation or benefits. The starting salary will be determined by several variables, including but not limited to experience, education, training, certification, and location. You may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary incentive award, commissions, and program-specific awards, which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
