This position is a critical role on the Walmart Sales Team focused on driving analytics and strategic support to SharkNinja's Ninja business unit partners across retail, results optimization and proactive business insights. This role will be responsible for crafting compelling sell-in stories and will serve as the expert on trends and competitors for all subcategories within Walmart which Ninja has a presence. This is an excellent position for a highly motivated, strategic team member who likes to work in a fast-paced environment and data driven atmosphere.

Core Responsibilities

• Serve as the Customer retail sales performance and Category expert internally, generating and presenting actionable insights on pricing, promotional impacts, positioning, competitive landscape and market needs to develop comprehensive winning strategies
• Build partnerships with assigned retailers/buyers through presentation of market trends (syndicated data) and shopper data, across the entire portfolio of Ninja products.
• Identify Category gaps/opportunities for assigned Customers, creating sales stories with strategic recommendations that differentiate SharkNinja from competitors, helping to increase distribution, space and displays
• Serve as voice of Walmart in cross-functional meetings, highlighting trends and opportunities for expansion within current categories and/or within adjacent categories where SharkNinja has a right to play
• Analytical engine behind various key weekly and monthly deliverables, both internally and externally.
• Build strong partnerships, both internal and external facing, with customer service mindset
• Ability to mine large store level data sets and come to conclusions that drive actionable outcomes.
• Innate curiosity and desire to find creative solutions

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience within category management, sales analysis or financial analysis
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and detail oriented, ensuring deadlines are met
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to present and calibrate on critical challenges to internal and external partners
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Retailer Data systems (Retail Link, Luminate, etc.) preferred
• Experience pulling and analyzing syndicated data (IRI, Nielsen, NPD, GFK, etc) preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel/ Office skills

This is a Hybrid role that can be based from our Rogers, AR office or Needham, MA headquarters
