Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. Duties:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress
- Assist with diagnostic evaluations and procedures
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
- Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) systems to accurately document patient information
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain aseptic technique standards
- Implement pain management strategies for patients
- Provide specialized care in areas such as dermal fillers, catheterization, dementia care, ophthalmology, triage, etc.
- Stay updated on current medical practices and guidelines, including ICD-10 coding
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in [state/region]
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent education
- Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures
- Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

- Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems
