Shape to Success is looking for part time and full time BCBAs to join our team of skilled clinicians. We provide in-home, center based, and community-based ABA therapy to individuals diagnosed with Autism.

At Shape to Success, we focus on providing top quality ABA therapy while maintaining a positive, enriched and fun environment for everyone. Our clinical team of BCBAs works collaboratively with each other, the RBTs, administration, families, and related services providers to ensure a comprehensive and individualized program. Our behavioral health software allows for efficient and effective ongoing supervision. BCBAs at Shape to Success attend monthly clinical meetings, have access to mentors, and resources to provide support and training necessary for continued growth and success.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments ( VBMAPP, AFFLS, ABLLS, PEAK, etc)
• Serve as a clinical and professional mentor for all staff and RBTs
• Supervise ongoing ABA programs, assess performance of programs, analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Write reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervised.
• Regular communication with parents.
• Provide Parent and staff training.

Qualifications:

• Currently hold BCBA certification and is in good standing.
• Master's Degree in ABA or related field, i.e., Special Ed., Psych, etc.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism and/or related developmental disorders. 1-2 years preferred.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment and build strong, supportive relationships with parents and other caregivers.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.

Location:

• Providing in home services throughout Middlesex and Monmouth County.
• Shape to Success’s center located in Spotswood New Jersey.
