Shapco Inc is Hiring an Accounting Clerk Near Santa Monica, CA
We are looking for a part-time Accounting Clerk to join our team. You will be responsible for routine accounting tasks to support our Real Estate Accountant handling multiple real estate entities.
Responsibilities:
- Process payables by G/L coding and preparing for payment
- Process rent payments and post deposits to tenant files
- Prepare and cross-check monthly tenant statements
- Process late fees
- Monthly bank reconciliations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting or other related fields
- Experience with RealPage property management software a major plus
- Detail oriented
- Quick learner and adaptable to instruction
- No benefits, part-time, $22-26/hr
