Shang Artisan Noodle/Shang Mian is looking for talented and experienced individuals to join our management team. Shang Artisan Noodle/Shang Mian exists to reinterpret traditional Chinese noodles in a contemporary fashion. Our goal is provide food and service that is simple but always outstanding. As an Assistant Manager, you will primarily assist in overseeing the operation of entire restaurant, which includes, but not limited to:

Team: In charge of hiring and training team members. Supervise, evaluate, and develop team members’ performance. Create proper schedules and process payroll, while maintaining an effective cost control.

Communications: Communicate immediately and effectively with guests, teammates, management, and vendors.

Operations: Ensure food quality and consistency and delivering exceptional customer dining experience. Maintain overall store cleanliness, cost control, and inventory control. Comprehensive knowledge of all associated regulations.

Qualifications:

• Mush have management experience in full-service restaurant
• Have interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all business contacts
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to bend, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs
• Must obtain ServSafe Manager Certification
