Shaner Social Sourcing is Hiring a Guest Room Attendant- Southbridge Hotel and Conference Center Near Southbridge, MA

Guest Room attendants clean and maintain guest rooms as well as public spaces each day. Responsibilities include checking that rooms have been vacated before cleaning, make beds daily andchange bed linen, vacuum carpets, floors and upholstery. Clean bathrooms andsupply with fresh towels and toiletries. Check and restock tea, coffee, sugar,milk and mini bar supplies. Make sure that televisions, radios, lights and airconditioning equipment are working. Vacuum and dust public areas. Reportto a supervisor if articles are left behind by guests or any damage is found ina room.

The Guest Room Attendants make our guests feel like they are home by providing clean, comfortable, welcoming guestrooms and public spaces. We expect our Associates to provide warm, friendly service with a genuine smile and pleasant attitude. We look for staff who are willing to learn and who seek opportunities to grow. Prior housekeeping, customer service and hospitality experience is helpful, but not required.
