Shane Co. is Hiring an Assistant Digital Fulfillment Manager (On-site) Near Greenwood, CO

Overview

The Assistant Digital Fulfillment Manager is responsible for supervising a team of Fulfillment Specialists with the goal of on-time and accurate delivery of orders to our customers. This role is critical to the success of our growing eCommerce business and requires a high attention-to-detail and a process-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of fulfillment specialists with a dedicated focus on on-time delivery of orders to our digital customers. Includes scheduling, tracking daily output of the team, and working with the Director of Digital Fulfillment to anticipate supply, product, and staffing needs.
  • Assist in the interviewing and hiring of the Fulfillment Specialists including seasonal hires.
  • Provide training, set performance goals, and provide evaluative feedback to all direct reports by way of monthly one on one meetings and yearly performance reviews.
  • Report daily fulfillment shipping goals including the number of orders to ship, late orders, and future orders.
  • Prepare, plan, and lead daily fulfillment duties including, but not limited to:
    • Matching Table
    • Receiving merchandise
    • Writing up shop jobs
    • Sorting picks lists
    • Picking inventory
    • QC-ing all shop work
    • Processing orders from boxing through PGI
    • Ensuring on-time pick-up for FedEx
    • Maintain office work needed to support fulfillment, including layaway
  • Oversee the proper research, requirements and resolution surrounding missing packages and shipments.
  • Ensuring fulfillment supplies are ordered/inventoried/stocked. This includes but is not limited to FedEx boxes, Gift boxes, Office Supplies, etc.
  • Maintain a partnership with outside vendors FedEx, Brinks, etc.
  • Maintain proper Inventory control daily and overseeing, performing, and reconciling the weekly/monthly scheduled inventories and bin audits.
  • Properly executing and completing daily/weekly/monthly deadlines as they relate to Accounting tasks and requirements.
    • Accounting Packet
    • Daily transactional emails
    • Monthly Audit Packets
  • Support Director of Digital Fulfillment in identifying efficiency opportunities in the fulfillment
  • Assist/partner with the Digital Sales team in solving/answering customer inquiries regarding order status in a timely and detailed manner.
  • Assist/resolve customer service issues/situations

Qualifications

  • Must have 2-3 years of fulfillment experience of fulfillment experience or other relevant work environment with proven track record of on-time delivery.
  • Management experience
  • Must have demonstrated communication skills, oral and written, as well as the ability to communicate with a vast array of personality types and skillsets, regardless of organizational level.
  • Ability to type, use computer software/applications, Excel/Word/SAP experience a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize projects & tasks with a sense of urgency.

The salary range for this role is $45,000-$62,500 annually.

Work Environment

This role is on-site as part of the Home Office team. The primary environment for this role is an open office. Considerable business is conducted using the telephone and computer technology. This role may be approved to work remotely on specific occasions but that does not change the ongoing classification of the role as on-site. Travel may be required to stores, conferences or events up to 5% of the time.

The salary range for this role is $45,000-$62,500 annually. The range describes the minimum to maximum likely rate for this job description in the state of Colorado. Individual pay will be determined based on skills and qualifications for the role. The salary range for this same position may be lower or higher in markets outside of Colorado.
