SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

• Manages payroll in ADP
• AR – Billing, accruals, customer statements
• Daily Cash position, weekly TCR report, set up/execute wire payments, Bank Recon, Positive Pay, signers access request, stop-payment requests.
• Audit requests, customer reconciliation requests, customer creation
• Reporting to global HQ
• Setup and Maintain pricing
• Employees expenses report
• Setup GL/Family for income flow to assist senior accountant in reconciling sales

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have payroll experience.
• ADP Workforce Now experience.
• General knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficient computer skills, including Excel and experience with accounting software packages.
• High School Diploma plus a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
• Must have effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain organized in a fast-paced environment where a broad range of tasks will be required.
• Must be able to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
