Job Description

Contribute as a key member on an accounting and finance team serving top global employment brands in retail, hospitality, and food & beverage. This important professional will participate in updating customer and vendor databases, pricing orders, sending invoices to clients, and processing vendor invoices.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • 2 years of accounts payable, bookkeeping or general office experience
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong figure aptitude
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
