Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Clinic Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our medical clinic. The Clinic Administrator will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, financial operations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the clinic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical office management, financial management, and supervising staff. Responsibilities: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff management - Develop and implement efficient administrative processes to optimize clinic operations - Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards - Manage financial operations, including budgeting, billing, and revenue cycle management - Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure quality patient care and efficient workflow - Supervise clinic staff, providing guidance and support as needed - Maintain accurate records and documentation related to clinic operations - Collaborate with other departments within the organization to achieve organizational goals - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in medical office management Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field (preferred) - Proven experience in a similar role as a Clinic Administrator or Medical Office Manager - Strong knowledge of medical terminology, systems, and procedures - Proficiency in eClinicalWorks, Epic, Eaglesoft or other electronic medical record (EMR) systems - Excellent financial management skills, including budgeting and revenue cycle management - Strong leadership and supervisory skills - Ability to effectively communicate with healthcare providers, staff, and patients - Knowledge of hospital policies and procedures is a plus We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
