Job Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical panels and equipment for pumps, ensuring optimal functionality.
  • Use expert knowledge in panels, controls, drives, and programming to diagnose and troubleshoot efficiently.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, explaining work performed and making repair recommendations.
  • Adhere to project scopes diligently, executing tasks with precision and professionalism.
  • Safely and efficiently execute tasks within deadlines, leaving work sites clean and secure.
  • Promote services and identify sales opportunities to contribute to business growth.
  • Complete accurate and timely paperwork, including photos and time logs.
  • Support startup and commissioning of new equipment to ensure performance.
  • Educate non-technical individuals on technical concepts effectively.
  • Minimize callbacks by delivering quality service.
  • Proactively sell service and preventive maintenance solutions.
  • Achieve productivity and revenue targets per call.
  • Maintain high customer service scores.
  • Submit service tickets, reports, and pictures promptly and accurately.
  • Prior experience in a technician role or supporting controls and panels.
  • Maintain professionalism in handling stressful situations and prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Adapt to changing schedules and environments, occasionally involving travel.
  • Demonstrate autonomy, motivation, and effective self-management.
  • Proficiently read electrical schematics, adhere to codes, and prioritize safety standards.
  • Quickly absorb new information and technologies, staying updated with industry advancements.
  • Utilize computer software and mobile apps effectively for documentation and communication.
