Shaan's Jewelers is Hiring a Sales Associate Near Dothan, AL
We are looking for a mature and punctual sales associate with an enthusiastic personality to help ensure our customers are taken care of when purchasing their jewelry! We have flexible schedules, full and part time hours available! Must be available to work weekends and some holidays. Commission on all jewelry sales on top of hourly wages! Looking to hire immediately. Must have reliable transportation. Must be atleast 18 years of age. No high pressure sales quotas to meet, very relaxed work environment. On the job training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
- “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
- Actively seek out customers in store
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Process POS (point of sale) purchases
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
- Build productive trust relationships with customers
Skills
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficiency in English
- Basic Math skills
- Hands-on experience with POS
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
- Availability to work flexible shifts
- Bi-lingual a plus

Pay: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour
