Our entry-level Client Services Representatives heavily focus on building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing accounts by providing value through our services and our individualized approach. Responsibilities of our next entry-level Client Services Representatives:

  • Build strong relationships with customers, clients, and internal stakeholders
  • Educate and inform customers about new product and service offerings, promotional pricing, and the sales process
  • Promote our client’s products and services naturally, with the ability to upsell products when appropriate
  • Train with the Management team, to ensure all sales and compliance guidelines and tactics are being followed properly
  • Work cross-functionally with other entry-level Client Service Trainees and upper-level Management to ensure goals are met

Key characteristics and Experience of our entry-level Client Services Representatives:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent is required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, sales, hospitality, or an entry-level position is highly preferred
  • The ability to implement constructive criticism, effectively
  • Comfortability working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to critically think and solve problems quickly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
