POSITION: Project Architect

LOCATION: Los Angeles, CA

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop conceptual and schematic designs.

· Lead the development of construction documents, including drawings and specifications.

· Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure design integrity and project success.

· Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

· Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure construction quality and compliance with design intent.

· Communicate with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities as needed throughout the project lifecycle.

· Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and emerging technologies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

2. Licensed Architect preferred.

3. 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.

4. Proficiency in Revit design software.

5. Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.

6. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

7. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
