The Operations Support Representative will play a crucial role in facilitating the repair operations of the business, focusing on creating and finalizing repair orders efficiently. This involves managing the review of incoming repair orders, both from customers and internal sources, processing them in the company's database system, and executing necessary transactions to support the repair and delivery processes. Ensuring accurate recording of work scope in the repair database during the incoming review process is essential.
Additionally, responsibilities include evaluating warranty requests, accurately coding work orders to reflect financial, warranty, and work scope requirements, as well as creating subcontract purchase orders for repairs conducted off-site and closing them upon repair completion. The representative also handles delivery and invoicing transactions for completed repairs, maintains knowledge of customer and company agreements, and acts accordingly.
