Sgtec Engineering is Hiring a Procurement Administrator Near Orlando, FL

The Operations Support Representative will play a crucial role in facilitating the repair operations of the business, focusing on creating and finalizing repair orders efficiently. This involves managing the review of incoming repair orders, both from customers and internal sources, processing them in the company's database system, and executing necessary transactions to support the repair and delivery processes. Ensuring accurate recording of work scope in the repair database during the incoming review process is essential.

Additionally, responsibilities include evaluating warranty requests, accurately coding work orders to reflect financial, warranty, and work scope requirements, as well as creating subcontract purchase orders for repairs conducted off-site and closing them upon repair completion. The representative also handles delivery and invoicing transactions for completed repairs, maintains knowledge of customer and company agreements, and acts accordingly.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing repair purchase orders to identify the requested work scope.
  • Creating repair work orders in the company database and accurately capturing the work scope, warranty, and financial conditions.
  • Submitting requests for new customer creation and financial terms establishment to Finance.
  • Evaluating warranty claims and inputting requests in SAP, ensuring correct identification and coding of database records.
  • Creating subcontract purchase orders for off-site repairs and ensuring proper reflection of repair, customer, and vendor requirements.
  • Creating repair orders and subcontract purchase orders for company-owned equipment repairs.
  • Completing subcontracting transactions after equipment repair completion and updating the repair database with relevant changes.
  • Supporting the team in meeting targeted timeframes for completing transactions with accuracy and velocity in SAP.
  • Authorizing return shipment of customer products and invoicing return orders accurately.

Qualified candidates should possess:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience, with certification or associate's degree preferred.
  • Two years of data entry or service support experience, preferably in Aviation, Electronics, or Technical industries.
  • Experience in a highly regulated industry is advantageous.
  • Additional requirements for Exchange Stock Management include two years experience in inventory management and stock analysis.
  • Strong organizational, attention to detail, and process-oriented skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in PC, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Database applications.

Candidates for Exchange Stock Management should also have the ability to analyze large datasets, calculate turn rates, and ROI.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Data entry: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Stock administration: 2 years (Preferred)
  • SAP: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Proofreading: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Orlando, FL 32822 (Preferred)
